How to merge multiple PDFs into one
Add two to ten PDFs to Merge PDF, arrange the files in the sequence you want, and create one combined PDF. PDFNova copies every page from each source file in displayed order, so reviewing the file list before processing is the key step.
Choose the complete source files
Open Merge PDF and add all source PDFs for the task. The current workflow accepts up to ten files, with each file limited to 100 MB.
Set the final document order
Drag files or use the arrow controls to reorder the list. PDFNova does not interleave individual pages from different files in this workflow.
- Place the cover or opening document first.
- Place appendices and supporting material after the main document.
- Select Merge PDFs when the list is final.
Download and quality-check
Download merged-document.pdf and inspect the first and last page of every source section. If individual pages need a different sequence, use the page-reordering tool on the combined file.
Limitations
- Merge PDF combines whole source files; it does not select, delete, or rearrange individual pages within a source PDF.
- The free workflow currently limits a task to ten files and 100 MB per file. PDFNova does not impose a page-count limit, but large documents still depend on browser and device resources.
