How to merge PDF files without uploading their contents

Use PDFNova’s Merge PDF tool to combine supported PDFs locally in your browser. The document contents are not sent to a PDFNova application server, although this scope does not describe what your browser, operating system, extensions, or network software may do.

Use Merge PDF

Prepare and order the source PDFs

Open Merge PDF and choose between two and ten PDF files. Keep an unchanged copy of each source document before starting.

  • Drag files or use the arrow buttons until the list matches the required output order.
  • Check that the first file shown contains the pages that should begin the combined PDF.

Merge and review the result

Select Merge PDFs, wait for browser-local processing to finish, and download merged-document.pdf. Open the result and check the boundaries between source files as well as the complete page order.

Understand the local-processing boundary

PDFNova does not send PDF contents to its application server for this supported workflow. Product analytics records limited interaction events and counts rather than filenames, PDF contents, extracted text, metadata, or passwords.

Limitations

  • “Without uploading” is limited to PDFNova’s application-server handling; it is not a guarantee about the browser, operating system, extensions, device management, or network stack.
  • Merge PDF joins complete pages and does not edit existing text or images inside those pages.
