Free PDF tools for everyday office work
PDFNova's currently available PDF tools are free and require no registration. Office users can merge reports, split selected sections, rotate or reorder pages, remove unwanted pages, add page numbers or watermarks, and update supported metadata directly in the browser.

Match the tool to the office task
Use Merge PDF when several complete files must become one submission, Split PDF when a large document must be separated by page or range, and Reorder PDF Pages when every page should remain but the sequence is wrong.
Use Delete PDF Pages for blank or duplicate pages, Add Page Numbers for reports, Add Watermark for visible document status, and PDF Metadata for supported title, author, subject, and keyword fields.

Prepare a safe working copy
Keep the original document unchanged and perform the task on a copy. Confirm the file names, page count, intended sequence, and output folder before starting.
Supported transformations run in the browser, but processing capacity still depends on the device, browser memory, PDF complexity, and the underlying PDF library.
- Remove unrelated files before processing.
- Use a clear output name that identifies the task and revision.
- Follow company rules for confidential or regulated documents.
Review the result before using it for work
Open the downloaded output and check the first and last page, total page count, page order, orientation, numbering, watermark placement, and any metadata fields changed by the task.
Do not replace or distribute the original file until the output has been reviewed against the work requirement.
Limitations
- The working tools operate on supported PDF pages and fields; they do not edit existing paragraph text or embedded images inside a page.
- Free use does not remove browser-memory, device-resource, encrypted-file, damaged-file, or organizational-policy constraints.
