How to rearrange PDF pages online
Open Reorder PDF Pages, arrange every page preview into the required sequence, and apply the page order. PDFNova creates a new PDF from that complete ordering while leaving the source file unchanged.
Build the complete output order
Add one PDF and use the page grid as the output sequence. Drag pages with a pointer or keyboard, or use the provided arrow buttons on touch devices.
- Move a cover to the first position.
- Place sections and appendices in their intended reading order.
- Confirm that every source page appears exactly once.
Apply and verify the sequence
Select Apply page order and download the reordered file. Review transitions around every moved page rather than checking only the first page.
Separate reordering from other edits
Delete unwanted pages before or after reordering with the dedicated deletion tool. Add page numbers after the sequence is final so labels follow the intended reading order.
Limitations
- Reordering requires every source page exactly once; this tool does not delete, duplicate, or merge pages.
- The workflow changes page sequence, not existing paragraph text, images, links, or form fields.
